I suppose the word that I use to describe my pictures is candid and candid means honest. It means spontaneous. It means alive. It’s unscripted. Imperfect. So when I’m choosing my pictures, the should be the ones that I believe. Thy should be the ones that, despite imperfections are the pictures that makes me feel like it’s really authentic.
From Germany, Norway, France, Hongkong to Rarotonga and Aitutaki (Cook Islands), I have captured heartfelt love stories around the world. Breathtaking visuals for couples who are crazy about each other, treasure the sanctity of their love, know how to have fun, and throw an unforgettable wedding.

I will capture the small and big moments, as well as the organic and the curated - I will honor the story of you. Capturing your love in a way that is authentic to YOU involves an experience designed intentionally to get to know you on a deeper level.

I see myself as a unique storyteller in the style of documentary photography with a focus on unsurpassed authenticity. I'm not afraid to get close and be in the middle of it. I often become part of the wedding party and am often in close contact with the bridal couple and guests. Trust is an important basis here. Another important point is above all that the chemistry between photographer and bridal couple is right.
My style of work is a mix of a documentary and artistic approach. In my shooting style I give emphasis on authentic moments and emotions in an natural setting - accompanied I attach major importance to composition and aesthetics.
It’s extremely important to me that you are captured in exactly that way you are like an individual, but in the most beautiful way.
My way to Rarotonga/Aitutaki, Cook ISlands
Since 2014 I live and work as wedding photographer in Rarotonga and Aitutaki. Here I accompany wedding couples on their extraordinary wedding day in the Cook Islands.
I am academic trained as a photographer and designer in Dresden and Mainz, graduating as a communication designer specializing in photography. During my training I focused on portrait photography, reportage photography and commercial photography. I had the opportunity to photograph the summer campaign for Levis Strauss in Hongkong, did a lot of commericials for Deutsche Bank, Tango Bank and American Express.
Destination weddings are something very special and it takes a lot of planning and attention to detail, espeically when you planning to bring your whole family and friends with you. There are numerous wedding planners in Rarotonga and also on Aitutaki. Some resorts offer complete wedding packages, like the Nautilus Resort Rarotonga, Muri Beach Club or the Rarotongan Resort.
If you are planning a big or small wedding…, the Cook Islands are perfect - because the entire administrative process is simple and fast. After the wedding it takes another 3 working days until the apostle is issued.
The wedding vibe is very magical here. The many green and the turquoise blue lagoon will take you on an unforgettable wedding trip that you will never forget. Many of my wedding couples are always drawn to Rarotonga or Aitutaki. You will love a Little Paradise.
